Service Overview
Quest Employment Services provides Environmental Work Assessments (EWA) with the goal of assisting individuals with developmental disorders who are strongly affected by their surroundings. Individuals with developmental disorders have a wide range of abilities that are susceptible to environmental influences.
The EWA primarily focuses on understanding how individuals respond to different environmental factors in the workplace rather than just assessing how well they do their jobs. This in-depth 20-hour evaluation aims to find the best work fit for each individual while also identifying any potential employment barriers.
