Service Overview
At Quest Employment Services, we provide short-term work experience opportunities to assist our customers in finding the right job fit. These placements can be paid or unpaid and serve as an opportunity to acquire new work skills and explore different vocational fields. By working in areas of interest, customers gain valuable experience without making a long-term commitment, which can help them achieve successful job placement in the future.
Work Experience opportunity is a temporary paid or un-paid position that provides our customers with an understanding of professionalism and job responsibilities in a competitive, integrated employment environment. Through Work Experience, the customer will learn specific hard and soft work skills that can be transferred to permanent employment in their community. Work Experience gives both Quest and Texas Workforce Counselors information on how the customer performs in specific work environments leading to a better understanding of the environmental work demands that will maximize customer’s opportunity for successful, permanent employment in the future.
