Our primary goal is the successful employment of our customers. Quest will create a customized job placement plan in collaboration with a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor and the customer, designed to map out employment interests, geographic preferences, and support needs. Our Employment Specialists work closely with each customer to identify a position that aligns with their financial goals, specific needs, strengths, and personal preferences. Quest provides comprehensive support throughout the process, ensuring job placement and continued success in their role.
